Getting Started

The next several screens will walk through the process used to establish a connection between the Auctionpay Master terminal and your event management software.

To begin the sync test:

1. Verify that the event management software is installed and the event database is set up.
2. Verify that bidder numbers have been assigned in the event management software.
3. Plug the Auctionpay Master terminal into power via an A/C Adapter.
4. Plug the Auctionpay Master terminal into the server computer via the serial cable or the USB-to-serial cable.

• Remote terminals are not connected to the Auctionpay Master terminal during the sync process.
