Auctionpay Adds Mary Ann Neidert as CFO

PORTLAND, Ore.—June 13, 2007—Auctionpay®, a leader in nonprofit fundraising services, today announced the addition of financial services veteran, Mary Ann Neidert as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Neidert joins Auctionpay from First Data where she was most recently Vice President and CFO of the Prepaid Services Division in Denver. She also held several executive positions with First Data over the past 12 years.

Neidert brings to Auctionpay a strong history of financial, operation and management expertise coupled with an enthusiasm to help nonprofit organizations. Her responsibilities at Auctionpay will include managing Finance, Client Services and Human Resources departments.

Prior to her position at First Data (FDC) in Denver, Neidert worked for FDC in Paris, as Vice President and CFO of the Western Union International Division and VP of Strategic Development for the European Union. Prior to FDC, Neidert was with Dain Bosworth Investment Firm and Janus Mutual Funds. She has a BS in Finance from the University of Colorado and completed the International Executive Program at Insead.
